If the self-insured workers' compensation fund company handling your case files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, your workers' compensation claim should not be directly dismissed due to the bankruptcy. Workers' compensation systems have mechanisms in place to protect employees' benefits in such situations. While the insurance provider's bankruptcy might cause some administrative changes, it typically doesn't eliminate your right to receive compensation.
