Goren include: Consult with Attorneys (Plaintiff and Defendant) on cases involving compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (Titles I, II, and III), and/or the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Serve as an expert witness(Plaintiff and Defendant)on cases involving compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (Titles I, II, and III) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Legal research and writing pertaining to the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (Titles I,II, and III), and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Mediation/Arbitration Continuing Education Speaker and Corporate Training.
