About William Foster

William is a Colorado native and was born and raised in the Rocky Mountain region. He has practiced law since his admission to the Colorado bar and has experience with both transactional and litigation work in the private and public sectors. His legal background and experience make him uniquely positioned to understand the needs of the individuals and corporations he serves.

Prior to graduating law school, William served as an intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This internship provided William with invaluable insight into the enforcement process and the complexities of securities laws.

After passing the bar exam, William immediately began serving as a transactional attorney with the U.S. Small Business Administration in Fort Worth, Texas. While working with the agency he provided counsel to small business owners on a wide range of legal matters including: business formation, commercial leasing, mortgage lending, secured transactions and bankruptcy.

Upon returning to Denver, William served as an attorney for a large real estate law firm focusing on general real estate litigation, residential foreclosures, and evictions.

William is also general counsel to Orbitus, LLC, a Wyoming based strategic services company. See www.orbitusllc.com

Additionally, William continues to serve as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve with MACS-23 in Aurora, Colorado.
