About William Foster

After graduating from law school, William Foster's first job in the legal field was as an attorney advisor/underwriter for the U.S. Small Business Administration in Ft Worth, Texas and later worked in the compliance section. From 2008 to 2013, he was employed as an associate attorney for a real estate litigation firm (Castle Law Group, LLC). He also represented consumer debtors in bankruptcy on a part-time basis. From 2013 to 2017, he served as part-time in-house counsel to a local mid-sized company. During this time he operated a private practice representing small to mid-sized companies in breach of contract litigation, entity selection and organizations, general dispute resolution, and strategic workouts for distressed businesses. The firm also represented individuals and businesses in bankruptcy chapter 7, 13 and 11. As a bankruptcy attorney, Mr. Foster provides the quality of a one-on-one attorney client relationship. The law firm now focuses exclusively on bankruptcy and consumer protection law.
