What are the rules of Kin Care?
Last updated on: February 14, 2020
Does Kin Care provide you job security and if you have sick time are you required to take it? What are the restrictions with Kin Care? If you are required to take your sick time for Kin Care days and you were not advised-therefore did not use your sick time, can this be cause for an employer to use disciplinary action? Also should Kin Care still count as part as the established employer attendance policy or is this above and beyond the alloted absences allowed? Finally when a company has "attendance" and "adherence" policies, and they say that you will not be affected by one, but it still affects the other, which can lead up to disciplinary actions, is this compliant with Kin Care regulations?
