I specialize in both Civil and Criminal Litigation in all local, State and Federal courts. Prior to joining the Firm, I established myself first as a Criminal Defense Attorney at the Chesapeake Public Defender’s Office, where I was one of the founding attorneys. There I tried felony and misdemeanor cases in both Bench and Jury trials, in all different areas of criminal practice, including robberies, drugs, frauds, larcenies, as well as crimes against the person. This also included appeals to Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court.
