Tim Hefty is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Acquisitions Group. He represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, public and private securities offerings, and corporate governance. Mr. Hefty also counsels clients in a wide variety of intellectual property issues, including the procurement, protection, and licensing of patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and has litigated several infringement disputes. Mr. Hefty is a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
