Thomas J. Gallo has been practicing law since 1977 handling complex business litigation. He has handled business litigation matters throughout the United States and applies not only his legal skills but a business person's approach in resolving disputes. Tom represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation matters. Tom's experience is wide-ranging and includes claims involving: breach of contract, including claims arising from mergers, acquisitions and stock and asset purchase agreements; shareholder and partner rights, including claims for breach of fiduciary duty and fraud; partnership and limited partnership disputes; securities, including securities fraud, suitability claims and FINRA arbitrations and investigations; employment, including employee restrictive covenant disputes, trade secret claims and employment contract claims; and business torts, including interference with contractual relations. Tom also has extensive experience in prosecuting or defending class actions, derivative actions and other complex litigation.

Tom obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University (1973) and his law degree from Samford University (cum laude, 1977), where he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review. He also was a member of the International Law Moot Court Team. Tom speaks and writes regularly about topics of interest in his practice areas and has participated for many years at seminars concerning employee restrictive covenant agreements and trade secrets litigation. Tom has been named by Law & Politics and Atlanta magazine to the Georgia Super Lawyers® list for the years 2004-2010.
