Mr. Vaughan, been awarded an AV rating by Martindale- Hubble. That is the highest rating given and it is based upon the opinion of other practicing attorneys. Mr.Vaughan has successfully litigated numerous claims against small businesses as well as claims against billion dollar corporations (view recent cases). He is a qualified member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, Florida Worker Advocates, Florida Justice Association / Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and American Trial Lawyers Association.

As founding partner of Vaughan Law Group, Mr. Vaughan has been recently appointed a fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA)- the first major trial lawyer honorary society to be established since the 1950’s.
