I am currently on the panel of neutrals for the U.S. District Court of MA; Middlesex (MA) Superior Court (Multi-door courthouse); Dedham (MA) District Court; Master/Receiver/Arbitrator, MA Superior Courts and The Dispute Review Board Foundation. I am a trainer (conciliation and mediation) for the Association of Corporation Counsel of America. I am admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of MA; State of Oklahoma; before United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 10th and District of Columbia. I was formerly a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney (Dist. Of MA) and Regional Counsel of the Interstate Commerce Commission and spent some 28 years as a federal attorney.
