The Choi Law Firm was founded in 1983 by Steven Choi and specializes in personal injury law. We only represent people who have been injured as a resultof someone else’s wrongful conduct.

Background

Steven Choi received a BA in psychology from UCLA and his JD from the Hastings College of the Law. Before opening his law firm, Mr. Choi clerked for the San Mateo County Superior Court and the Alameda County Superior Court.  Mr. Choi is a trial attorney with significant jury trial experience. His record of winning large cases is one of the best in the Bay Area. A record $5 million dollar settlement against AC Transit is one of many. Mr. Choi has provided legal commentary on the local news, has lectured to the public on various legal topics and has lectured to other attorneys at seminars sponsored by the California Association of Consumer Attorneys, which is California’s most prestigious association of personal injury attorneys. Mr. Choi has also served as Judge Pro Tem for the Alameda County Superior Court.
