Since he began his practice in 2014, Mr. Schlein has devoted his practice to protecting Ohio workers including: discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, and employment contracts. Mr. Schlein also represents clients with civil rights matters including jail conditions, and police misconduct.     

Mr. Schlein received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011 where he graduated magna cum laude, and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2014 also graduating magna cum laude. Mr. Schlein’s Professional Memberships include: the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
