Robert D. Leonard II practices exclusively criminal defense with a strong emphasis on DUI defense. DUI cases make up about 75% of his practice with the rest of his time being devoted to a selected few serious felonies. He is a past president of the Criminal Defense Section of the Cobb Bar. He is the author of the Georgia Criminal Law Blog and the Georgia DUI Blog. Mr. Leonard has also lectured at criminal law meetings and at the Lunchtime Lecture Series in Marietta. Mr. Leonard holds two degrees from the University of Kentucky, where he attended both undergraduate and law school.
