My firm is a Boston, Massachusetts business litigation boutique. Over the last dozen years, I have litigated a wide array of business disputes, including non-compete cases, business torts and and intra-corporate disputes. My practice focuses on disputes for companies and individuals ranging from small contract actions to multi-million dollar commercial litigation. At B&G and at my prior firm, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, I represented some of the area's most successful venture capital firms, as well as dozens of emerging and established companies. My firm's practice is national, but we regularly litigate case in the Massachusetts state and federal courts. On a pro bono basis, I helped found the New England Innocence Project, which seeks to exonerate the wrongly convicted using DNA technology. Over the years, I have helped exonerate several wrongly convicted individuals. I currently serve as a member of the NEIP Board of Trustees.
