Mr. Singleton is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities, Taxation and Gaming practice groups. His practice focuses on transactional work including securities (private and public offerings), corporate structuring and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, partnership structuring and restructuring, public finance and tax matters. His gaming practice focuses on casinos, restricted and nonrestricted gaming locations, sports betting, internet gaming, sweepstakes and contests. Mr. Singleton is a Certified Public Accountant and specialized in Global Finance while studying for his M.B.A. in Global Management. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Singleton was a Staff Accountant at Joseph F. Zerga, Ltd., and a Senior Auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP, primarily providing services to the gaming and hospitality industry. While attending law school, Mr. Singleton was an extern for the Honorable Elizabeth Gonzalez at the Eighth Judicial Court in Clark County, Nevada. His externship focused on Business Court cases including complex litigation and corporate disputes. He also externed with the Nevada Attorney General's Office in the Litigation Division where he worked directly with Senior Deputy Attorney Generals focusing on government eminent domain takings, constitutional rights, and civil rights litigation.
