My approach to immigration and criminal defense is grounded in my experience as a prosecutor. At the outset of my career, I spent two years as an assistant county prosecutor. I prosecuted all levels of crimes, from child support enforcement to drug trafficking, burglary, robbery and kidnapping, gaining valuable knowledge and building my skills as a trial attorney in the process. I learned how to think like the government, including how to evaluate evidence and what it takes to convict someone. Today, that is one of the strengths I offer my clients that many other criminal defense attorneys do not have. There are few attorneys in northern Ohio who, like me, have both impaneled a criminal jury and successfully defeated the government in deportation & removal trials.
