Peter M. Hsiao is an attorney at law and the principal of California Workers Compensation Lawyers. Mr. Hsiao has called Los Angeles “home” for the last 40 years. He has lived in various parts of the greater southern California area. He appreciates the diversity and contributions of people in different walks of life.

Mr. Hsiao attended University of Southern California for his undergraduate studies before obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree at Whittier Law School. He has been a licensed attorney in California since 2002 and is admitted to appear in federal courts. Mr. Hsiao began his legal career as an attorney representing defense contractors as well as staffing agencies in workers compensation claims. Since 2011 he exclusively advocates for injured workers in our workers compensation system. With the experience gained from representing both sides of the claim, Mr. Hsiao understands the motivation and driving forces from both sides of the spectrum.

Mr. Hsiao enjoys traveling, playing golf, and loves fast cars. You can sometimes see him on the weekends at the local Cars & Coffee meets.
