A native of Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Bishton earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame School of Law, where he served as Associate Articles Editor on the Notre Dame Law Review. Mr. Bishton served as a Captain in the U.S. Army before being admitted to practice law in the Illinois state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Bishton has been licensed to practice law in California since 1971. He is admitted to practice in all California courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court as well.
