My sons case was closed 2yrs ago for owi1st drinking driving as minor he still owed money in fines they came back 2yrs later and violated him ive proven to courts 3 times he had completed his requirements. I need help

My sons father was abusive towards myself even kidknapped kids. Dhs lost twice in child endangerment charges. My children were not raised by him but his name is known very well. Now the person prosecuting our son is the same lady that lost in court twice to hung jury the other prosecuter is now my sons lawyer. My son is not trouble maker has nothing to do with that family. how can you not think they are trying to persue for a vegence. please help
