My adult disabled son (who is living with me) is not receiving appropriate or even basic services from Florida's Agency for Person's with Disabilities.
Last updated on: February 14, 2020
He has a yearly budget called iBudget that has been cut by 2/3's. APD said it was for residential services. He needs the same things if not more when he is home. He is deteriorating without these services (Physical Therapy). My support coordinator cannot find providers who will take the med-waiver. Any help is appreciated. I am his primary caretaker and things are getting rough. I have a hearing next Thursday 19th, for appeal of his iBudget.
