I was a state prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office and a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts.  I won several DOJ awards and I was the Deputy Chief and Chief of the OCDETF Drug Unit.  I left the U.S. Attorney's Office in March 2007 and I joined the law firm of Foley Hoag LLP in Boston.  I am in the Business Crimes and Government Investigations group.  I specialize in defending individuals and companies who are the subject of white-collar investigations and cases.  I also practice general criminal law, primarily on the federal side, and complex civillitigation.
