Michael Kulcsar founded The Kulcsar Law Firm to provide legal advice and representation to clients in Ohio and Georgia.  Michael has experience working for nonprofits, large firms,  and the government, both federal and local levels.  Most notably, Michael was the founding Education Advocate  Attorney for Fulton County Juvenile Court in Atlanta, Georgia.  In this position,  Michael acted as civil rights counsel for hundreds of court- involved youth in the Metro-Atlanta area.  Michael is very familiar with the IEP process, manifestation determination  reviews, disciplinary tribunals, and state due process  complaints.
