Ms. Sherman's practice covers a variety of areas involving civil litigation, including family law, contract disputes, personal injury and employment law. Prior to joining Robbins Kelly Patterson & Tucker LPA, Ms. Sherman worked as a professional theatrical costumer, designing and coordinating costumes for professional theatre and opera companies across the United States. Ms. Sherman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2006 from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, graduating cum laude. She was appointed Student Articles Editor of Law Review in 2005, and published one article on First Amendment freedom of speech rights; Chaos in the Marketplace: When Subsequent Punishment Leads to Prior Restraint: Will Cincinnati Ever Get it Right? 32 N. Ky. L. Rev. 397, 2005. Ms. Sherman is a member of the Ohio and Kentucky State Bar, the Federal Bar of the Southern District of Ohio and the Federal Bar of the Western Division of Kentucky. Ms. Sherman’s practice includes state and federal cases in both Ohio and Kentucky.
