Mr. Nicoletti’s real estate practice experience includes representation of real estate funds, lenders, developers and institutional and non-institutional investors in all areas of real estate, including: construction, permanent, securitized, mezzanine and cross-border financing; all aspects of commercial development, including acquisition and disposition of vacant land, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and other commercial and residential properties; forming and representing corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and joint ventures; commercial leasing, ground leasing and leasehold financing; contractor, broker and management agreements; and providing real estate support for commercial finance transactions, corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
