Attorney Marissa K. Kohl is a dedicated personal injury lawyer at Berger and Green. She represents individuals who have been hurt due to others’ negligence. She takes pride in helping clients through overwhelming times, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Attorney Kohl earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with concentrations in law and business. She went on to earn her J.D. cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar.

Before joining Berger and Green in 2019, Attorney Kohl gained valuable experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald R. Walko, Jr. in the Civil Division of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. She also worked in private practice and interned at firms where she assisted on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.

At Berger and Green, she focuses exclusively on personal injury law, working with empathy and determination to help her clients recover the compensation they deserve.
