Attorney Maria S. Lowry represents clients in transition or planning for life changes. Many of these are family law matters, focusing on pre-nuptial agreements, post nuptial agreements, divorce, adoptions, child custody and support, and modifications of custody and support orders. A portion of her practice is also devoted the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives, as well as assisting clients in probate administration or obtaining guardianship of incapacitated relatives. Ms. Lowry is able to compassionately guide you through these difficult times while fighting for your rights.

Ms. Lowry completed her undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin, and earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association. Ms. Lowry also contributes her time and talent to the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program and Fort Bend Lawyers Care, which provide legal services to low-income citizens.
