Laura’s corporate practice includes: Representing start-up and closely held businesses Formation and restructuring of various corporate entities, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, and including advising clients with respect to the state and federal tax consequences of business operations and entity selection Representing companies and individuals in corporate transactions, including asset purchases and sales, mergers, and stock purchases and sales Representing clients in the purchase, sale, and transfer of aircraft Drafting various business contracts, including employment agreements, management agreements, manufacturing agreements, and financing agreements.
