Kathryn began her legal career over 30 years ago as an independent Probate/Trust Paralegal, learning the business of law and gaining personal experience directly from private attorneys, judges, and Superior Court officials, in addition to obtaining the formal college and law school educational degrees. A licensed California attorney since 1999, she currently limits her practice to all aspects of Probate and Trust law. Her primary focus is to represent Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Beneficiaries, or Creditors, through the complex post-death court probate proceeding or living trust administration process; and if necessary, to resolve contested matters between all parties involved, on a case to case basis.
