A certified mediator for more than ten years, Karin has experience on both sides of the docket representing corporations, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of litigation, including first and third party insurance claims, personal and premises liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, toxic tort and family law cases. She has an exceptional record of helping parties resolve even the most difficult and complex cases in an amicable manner. Karin is an approved mediator for the U.S. District Courts--Western and Northern Districts of Texas. She is admitted to practice law in all Texas courts, as well as the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, and has courtroom experience in courthouses across the state. She was recently recognized as a 2007 Pathfinder by the Travis County Women Lawyer's Association for being a local trailblazer and role model for women. In April of 2007, Karin was also named as St. Mary's University School of Law's Distinguished Young Alumnus of 2007. As president of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, Karin leads more than 24,000 attorneys. She is a member of both the Association of Attorney-Mediators and Texas Association of Mediators.
