Ms. Goldstein has extensive experience in all types of state and federal criminal cases ranging from simple drug possession, to child molestation, to murder. She approaches each case with tenacity and provides an aggressive yet compassionate and personalized alternative to the large criminal defense firm.

Ms. Goldstein obtained her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center where she graduated cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

While at Georgetown Law, Ms. Goldstein worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. in the Sex Offense and Domestic Violence Unit. Ms. Goldstein also represented victims of domestic violence in D.C. Superior Court through Georgetown Law's Domestic Violence Clinic.

Ms. Goldstein is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. She has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California.
