Karen Cockrill is the founding attorney of Paperbark Law. She works in franchise law and business law. Before becoming a franchise attorney, Karen was the owner of a local dogwalking company that she grew into a nationally-recognized franchise with operations in over 20 states. After a 10 year career as a franchisor, Karen turned her focus to franchise consulting and eventually franchise law. She greatly enjoys working with other entrepreneurs and business owners in all things franchise and business law.
