I am the founder of Mishiyeva Law, PLLC., in which I focus my practice on Wills, Trusts, basic and complex estate planning, Probate, Administration, and Will contests. 

My commitment to my clients goes beyond the territory of legal issues.  I believe that each individual who comes into my office to prepare their estate plan, has a legacy beyond monetary assets to leave to their loved ones.  I work closely with my clients to discover what those values are and make sure that the personal effects and assets pass on to the intended persons in the most cost efficient way possible. 

In the realm of estate administration and probate, my main concern is ensuring that my clients receive what is rightfully due to them. To that effect, I represent administrators, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, distributees, and creditors in will contests, probate and administration, accounting proceedings, partition actions, and matters involving breach of fiduciary duties.
