About John Ramey
John F. Ramey has practiced for over 24 years in Southern California since relocating to the region after practicing law in North Carolina. He has practiced in the area of construction law, personal injury, attorney and medical malpractice and products liability.
John has represented many prominent contractors, manufacturing corporations, property management companies and retailers in cases of construction defect, work site injury and premises liability claims. He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts, and has tried over fifty cases in state and federal courts. His trial experience includes personal injury, property damage, construction defects and professional malpractice cases. John has represented clients in numerous arbitrations and mediations involving multi-million dollar claims. He is a frequent lecturer on construction and personal injury law. John is also an experienced mediator, and has successfully mediated to resolution cases involving personal injury and breach of contract claims.
