Joseph Patrick Shea has been a plaintiff personal injury attorney since 1991, bringing 20 years of trial and litigation experience to the matters he handles. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and Saint John’s University. Mr. Shea holds a bachelor of science degree in biology with a pre-med emphasis.

After working for other Chicago litigation law firms– trying over 75 cases and obtaining million dollar settlements and verdicts– Mr. Shea founded his own firm in 1997. As the founder of SHEA LAW GROUP, he has successfully handled many high-profile personal injury and wrongful death cases since the firm’s inception, including cases involving traumatic brain injury and catastrophic injuries. Mr. Shea has also successfully litigated cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, construction negligence and automobile accident litigation.
