Mr. Backman was recently appointed to the Southeast Chapter Board of Directors of the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that use a multi-channel approach to engaging their customers.
He has spoken on TCPA compliance and litigation trends at the PACE Washington Summit in 2015, and at its 2016 National Convention & Expo. PACE also selected Mr. Backman as one of its “Speaking Partners,” scheduling him to speak at various events held by PACE throughout the year. Our firm is also actively involved with the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN).
