During my tenure at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, I had the opportunity to litigate several criminal jury trials for cases ranging from driving while intoxicated to murder. In the area of DWI litigation, I have tried cases ranging from breath and blood test refusal cases to test cases and drug DWI cases. I have also presented hundreds of cases to the grand jury and have litigated numerous cases before a judge.

While at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, I received extensive training and continuing education in all areas of criminal law. In the area of DWI alone, I have received specialized training in the investigation and litigation of Intoxication Manslaughter, Intoxication Assault, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and both alcohol and drug-related DWI cases.
