A native of Jersey City, New Jersey, Mr. Abers joined the firm of Fazio, DiSalvo & Abers, P.A., more than 25 years ago, and since then has handled over 150 jury trials for our clients.  His practice has always primarily focused on issues of medical malpractice, where doctors and other medical professionals fail to uphold the duty of care owed their patients in ways that lead directly to injury. However, he has additional experience across a wide range of injury types as well.
