I co-founded the firm, Petronzio, Schneier Co., LPA,  in 1993.  I am a graduate of Ohio State University (B.S.B.A. 1985) and the accelerated S.C.A.L.E. Program of Southwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1993).

My practice is primarily limited to the areas of Corporate, Transactional Business and Business Sales an Acquisitions.

I work with numerous small to medium size closely held business in the Northeast Ohio area. My clients are generally start-up businesses, serial entrepreneurs, small closely held business, family owned businesses and mid-sized companies. My approach is to serve as an active advisor, consultant, negotiator, troubleshooter and advocate for my business clients. I am supported by the firm's business practice group in areas of commercial transactions, creditor issues, business litigation and business related real estate. In many situations, I act as an outside corporate counsel and intermediary with attorneys in other law firms for my regular business clients.
