Attorney James Wellman is a seasoned civil litigation attorney with extensive experience handling family law issues in Orange County.

Mr. Wellman’s experience includes a reported appellate decision and personally arguing before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before joining the Moshtael Family Law, he had managed an independent litigation firm that emphasized family law.
