Founder and partner Jack Beam received his law degree from Northwestern University, where he served on the editorial board of the Northwestern University Law Review. He has worked for the U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program, the U.S. Attorney in Delaware, and has also served as the Director of an FBI task force. He has prosecuted a number of serious crimes including bank robbery, firearms violations, counterfeiting and mail fraud. He later moved into private practice and has primarily devoted himself to helping victims of obstetrical and neonatal malpractice, as well as other high-profile personal injury cases including the Columbine High School Massacre. In his spare time, he enjoys writing books and screenplays.
