In a mobile home park, who is responsible for tree maintenance?

I live in Tahoe Verde MHP, owned by HCA Management. We have dead trees that need to be taken down and others that need pruning due to dead branches. These trees are over our homes and According to California Civil Code Provisions I need the section that regards whom is responsible. Thank you!
