If I've been living with the father and our child, (16 years old) and the father's mother for over 25 years. Can the mother serve me with a 3 day notice to quit, and a 60 day notice of Termination of Tenancy?

She has also filed an unlawful Detainer /Summons indicating she requesting (forfeiture of the agreement.) This Lady has made numerious attempts to have me removed from the home and away from the father and our son. CPS was called. She filed a restraining order/elder abuse. And participated in a Welfare case indicating child doesn't live there. All have been Dismissed for lack of evidence on her part except the Welfare one is stiil on going in SD.
