About
Criminal defense attorney representing clients facing State & Federal criminal charges.

It's understandable that you want to do everything you can to help her in this difficult time. One of the most important things you can do is to hire an attorney for her. A qualified and experienced criminal defense attorney can help your daughter understand the charges against her, the legal process, and the potential consequences. They can also work to build a defense for her, and negotiate with the prosecution for a more favorable plea deal. It's important to have an attorney who can review the police investigation and determine if there were any constitutional violations or if the police used any illegal tactics during the arrest and interrogation. Her attorney can also gather evidence that may help her case. This could include witness statements, surveillance footage, and other evidence that can help establish her innocence or mitigate her role in the crime.
