How does one comment on uploaded documents?

I just read the 12/30/2009 document, "Plaintiff Does not Necessarily Need to Own of a Trade Secret to Sue for its Misappropriation." Is there a discussion link that I am missing? I see buttons for embed, favorites, and download.
Perhaps there is currently no way of having a discussion about a document directly from the doc_read.aspx page.

Unfortunately at this time there is no way to directly add comments to documents, but we will be adding that feature early this year.
