I provide legal services and advice in all aspects of Family Law & Probate Court Litigation including Divorce, Custody, Visitation, Child support, Paternity, Alimony, Property division, Contempt, Modification, Removal & Prenuptial Agreements: With in depth experience on a wide range of issues; and proficiency in conciliation, mediation, settlement and trial to completion, with some appellate work .

As a part of my practice, I represent fathers in contested custody cases and have been doing so for over 28 years in all counties of eastern and southern Massachusetts. I have represented a number of fathers in interstate custody and /or removal cases and was counsel for the father in the case of Poner v Poner which involved multiple kidnappings by the mother, extensive country wide searches, and litigation in two states which culminated with the mother being jailed and a 7 day trial.
