I am a native of Dallas, Texas, reared in New Mexico and replaned in Dallas at age 16. I served in the U.S. Army in the U.S. and in Italy, returned to Dallas and entered SMU where I obtained my BA and my law Degree. My principal place of business has always been Dallas, Texas, though my practice has been from east to west of the state and north to south (about mid-state) for more than 43 years.  You name it, it has probably come across my desk thought I have tried primarily to limit my practice to personal injury of all kinds. 
       I am married to the same woman for more years than she cares to count.
       I love the law and discussing it with other lawyers.
