Before law, Eric was an experienced financial registered representative holding his Series 7, Series 63, and California Life Insurance licenses. Eric’s enthusiasm for knowledge and his ambition to assist others led him to the field of law. As a civil litigation attorney, specifically a Plaintiff’s attorney, Eric can make the most of his diverse background while helping those in need.

Eric began practicing law in complex civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury litigation, and bankruptcy. However, he now works diligently to represent and protect the rights of victims and their families. Eric has assisted on or overseen hundreds of cases involving personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, habitability, landlord-tenant disputes, motor vehicle accidents, trespass to timber, product liability, and claims against public entities.

Eric has lived and worked in the Sacramento region his entire life. He put himself through college, and later law school, by working full-time while attending school. In addition to advocating for his clients, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and dog, fishing, golfing, and traveling.
