🚦 Speeding in Tampa doesn’t just raise crash risk — it can weaken your car accident claim. When evidence shows you exceeded the speed limit or drove too fast for conditions, insurers often use it to reduce compensation under Florida’s comparative negligence law. Even if another driver caused the crash, shared fault can limit recovery. ⚖️ After any collision, get medical care immediately, document the scene, photograph speed signs, skid marks, and damage, and request the crash report. Save dashcam footage and witness statements. Avoid recorded statements until you speak with an attorney. At Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, we analyze speed data, black box reports, and roadway conditions to prove true fault and protect your compensation. We have recovered millions and millions for clients. We fight to get you paid! Read the full article:

🧠 A traumatic brain injury does not end at the hospital doors. In Orlando, crash and fall victims often live with headaches, dizziness, memory problems, mood swings, fatigue, light and noise sensitivity, and trouble concentrating at work or school. Everyday tasks like driving on I-4, following directions at a theme park job, or keeping up with kids’ schedules can suddenly become overwhelming. Family relationships and income can suffer when symptoms are invisible but constant. If you suspect a brain injury after an accident, get evaluated by a doctor, neurologist, or concussion clinic, keep a symptom journal, and save all medical records, imaging, and work notes for missed time. Ask loved ones to document the changes they see. ⚠️ Avoid giving recorded statements, minimizing symptoms, or posting about your activities on social media before speaking with an attorney, since insurers often use that information to dispute brain injury claims. At Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, we work with neurologists, neuropsychologists, and vocational experts to show how an Orlando brain injury truly affects daily life, future earnings, and long term care needs. We have recovered millions and millions for clients. We fight to get you paid. ⚖️ Read the full article:

🚌 When a child is hurt in a school bus accident in Lakeland, one of the first questions parents ask is whether Florida PIP coverage applies. In many cases, PIP benefits are triggered through the auto policy that covers the child’s household, not the bus itself. That means a parent’s Florida policy may help with initial medical bills even though the child was riding in a bus, not a family car. In other situations, liability policies for the school district, private bus company, or another at fault driver can come into play, especially when injuries are serious and costs go beyond PIP limits. After a school bus crash, it is critical to seek medical care right away, document symptoms, request the incident or crash report, and collect contact information for witnesses, the bus driver, and any other drivers involved. Save school notices, insurance letters, and all medical records. ⚖️ Legal caution. Do not assume one insurer will “handle everything,” and avoid giving recorded statements or signing releases before speaking with an attorney who understands Florida PIP rules and school bus injury claims in Lakeland. Multiple insurance layers and strict deadlines can affect your child’s recovery. At Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, we sort out which policies apply, coordinate PIP and liability coverage, and pursue full compensation for medical care, therapy, and long-term needs. 🚗 Orlando’s busy roads hide a real threat. A significant share of Florida drivers carry little or no bodily injury coverage, which means a serious crash can leave you facing medical bills and lost income with no adequate insurance on the other side. That is why full coverage with strong uninsured and underinsured motorist protection is so important for Orlando drivers. Full coverage is more than collision and comprehensive. Robust UM and UIM limits can step in when a hit and run driver disappears, when the at fault driver has state minimum coverage, or when multiple people are injured and policies run out. Choosing higher limits and, when appropriate, stacked coverage can make the difference between a partial recovery and a fully funded treatment plan. Legal caution. Do not rely on verbal explanations from adjusters alone. Review your declarations page and any UM rejection or selection forms carefully. After a serious crash, speak with an attorney before giving recorded statements or signing releases so every available insurance layer is identified and protected. ⚖️ At Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, we analyze policies, uncover hidden coverage, and pursue full compensation for medical care, lost wages, and pain and suffering. We fight to get you paid! Read the full article:

Tampa drivers face heightened risk on Florida’s busiest corridors. High speeds, dense traffic, and complex interchanges across key counties create frequent crash hotspots. 🗺️ Stay proactive: plan routes, leave space, use headlights in rain, avoid sudden lane changes, and save dashcam video after close calls. If a crash happens, get medical care fast, document the scene, and request nearby camera footage. 📹 Legal caution: avoid recorded statements before legal advice. Comparative negligence may still allow recovery even if fault is disputed. At Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, we secure video and telematics, prove liability, and pursue full compensation. We fight to get you paid. ⚖️ Read the full article:
