David M. Van Sant was born in Nashville, Tennessee and moved to Alpharetta, Georgia when he was in elementary school.  He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University and received his Juris Doctor with honors from Georgia State University College of Law in 2003. Mr. Van Sant focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered injuries through the fault of others, including car and truck accidents, motorcycle wrecks, tractor trailer accidents, nursing home neglect and wrongful death cases.  Mr. Van Sant is an experienced trial lawyer who has received many accolades and has been nationally recognized as one of the best trial lawyers in the country.
