About David Edelstein
David Edelstein started his firm over 20 years after starting his career at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office. He has maintained an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2007.
Since starting his firm in 2000, Mr. Edelstein has limited his practice to criminal defense and related matters. He routinely represents clients in criminal courts throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Over the years he has defended clients throughout the state of Florida, from Key West to Jacksonville. He has substantial experience representing clients in theft crimes, federal crimes, fraud crimes, and drug crimes. He has also represented hundreds of clients charged with all types of misdmeanors offenses ranging from domestic violence to resisting an officer without violence.
